The service
Gardian provides AI-generated gardening guidance. Advice is for general information only. Use your own judgement, especially around plant safety, chemicals, and tools. We don’t guarantee outcomes.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity on your account and for the content you upload. Don’t upload anything unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and content. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service (including via our AI provider).
Suspension and termination
Gardian is for gardening. We may remove content and suspend, restrict or close any account that breaches these terms or uploads material that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to gardening. We may do this at our discretion to keep the service safe.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times.
